Integra Engineering India has informed that the Trading Window for the securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from 31 st December 2021 in accordance with the Company's Code to Regulate, Monitor and report trading by Employees and other connected persons as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Trading Window shall be opened after passing 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board meeting, in which the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31 st December 2021 shall be approved.
