Shiva Texyarn has informed that the Company is in receipt of an intimation dated 28.12.2021 from S V Kandasami, Leelavathi, S K Sundararman & Vedanayagam Hospital Private Ltd -Promoters of Shiva Texyarn stating that their family property dispute which was filed before the Hon'ble District Court of Coimbatore under O.S No. 723 of 2020 was referred to Lok Adalat organised by District Legal Services Authority, Coimbatore for an early settlement. The dispute was heard by the panel of Lok Adalat (case No : 921/2021) and the same has been settled amicably through a compromise before the Lok Adalat on 10.12.2021 and the certified true copy of the award was received on 27.12.2021.
