Ashok Leyland has reported 2 per cent fall in its total sales, including exports, at 12518 units in December 2021 over the same month last year. The company had sold 12760 vehicles in both domestic and overseas markets in December 2020. Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) sales were stood at 4899 units in December 2021 Medium and heavy commercial vehicles (M&HCV) Trucks and bus sales stood at 6599 units and 1020 units, respectively.
Domestic sales in December 2021 stood at 11493 units. Domestic LCV sales stood at 4741 units in December 2021. Domestic M&HCV Trucks and bus sales stood at 6137 units and 615 units, respectively.
