Arman Holdings has informed that under the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and as per Company’s Code of Practices and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities, and pursuant to BSE Circular Ref. LIST/CONEP/01/2019-20 Dated April 02, 2019 the trading window for dealing in securities shall remain closed for Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons of the Company from January 1, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the 3rd quarter ended as on December 31, 2021. The date of Board meeting to approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended as on December 31, 2021 will be informed in due course.
