Puravankara surges on raising Rs 180 crore through NCDs

Puravankara is currently trading at Rs. 141.50, up by 2.30 points or 1.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 139.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 139.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 142.50 and Rs. 138.00 respectively. So far 15105 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 166.35 on 09-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 63.00 on 19-Apr-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 159.60 and Rs. 132.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3355.67 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 18.30% and 6.70% respectively.

Puravankara has raised Rs 180 crore through Unlisted, Redeemable, Secured, Non- Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 1800 NCDs having a face value of Rs 10 lakh each on Private Placement Basis. The Management Sub-Committee of the Board Directors at their meeting held on December 31, 2021 has allotted the same.
