Apparels has informed that pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to the intimations made on 13.08.2021 & 02.09.2021 regards to formation of wholly owned subsidiary Company and moving its retail business in to the newly formed WOS named 'S.P. Retail Ventures’, hiving - off retail operations into S.P. Retail Ventures has been completed by executing slump sale agreement between S.P. Apparels and S.P. Retail Ventures at the value of Rs 53.50 Crores.
