In view of the intimation dated 3rd January, 2022 relating to Appointment of Ramchandra Dhondu Ghanekar as the Additional Director and Whole-time Director, Kesar Petroproducts has informed that the date of letter and the date of board meeting were by mistakenly typed as 3rd January, 2021. The date of the letter and the date of board meeting should be 3rd January, 2022 and the effective date of appointment is the same as 3rd January, 2022. Other than this there is no other change.
