Based on the confirmation dated 04.01.2022 received from Bigshare Services, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company, Steelcast has certified that the securities received from the Depository Participants for dematerialization were confirmed (accepted/ rejected) to the depositories by them and that securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the stock exchange(s) where the earlier issued securities are listed. The company also certified that the security certificates received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification by the depository participant and the name of the depositories have been substituted in register of members as the registered owner within the stipulated period of time.
