It has been tentatively decided to conduct the postal ballot / e-voting from 28th January 2022 to 28th February 2022 and Notice for the same will be sent to shareholders holding equity shares as on cut-off date of 21st January 2022, subject to confirmation by the Board at its meeting to be held on 19.1.2022.
