Further pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the designated persons have been notified regarding the closure of the Trading Window from December 24, 2021 till January 30, 2022 (both days inclusive) and that the Trading Window shall open on January 31, 2022, 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the financial results are made public.
