Menon Pistons has clarified that there is no pending information or announcement from the company and also there is no material information or event that in its opinion would have a bearing on the price behavior of the scrip. The company has already disclosed all relevant information as per the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Therefore, whatever increase/ decrease in the share price of the company is purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven and the management of the company is in no way connected with any such price movement.
