Rollatainers has entered into Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Birbal Advisory as on January 17, 2022 for disposal of investment in Boutonniere Hospitality. In effect of this transaction, Boutonniere Hospitality ceases to be ‘Associate Company’ of Rollatainers with effect from date of execution of Share Purchase Agreement.
