In continuation to letter dated 16th January, 2022 wherein pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Company had informed meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC) has been convened on Tuesday, 18th January, 2022, Ballarpur Industries has informed that the aforesaid meeting for today is postponed to the next week. The date of rescheduled meeting will be informed in due course of time.
