Claris Lifesciences has received an approval for slump sale of the company’s infusion business to its wholly owned subsidiary company - Claris Speciality Injectables as a going concern. The board at its meeting held on December 07, 2012 has approved for the same. The above is however subject to the shareholder’s approval.
Claris Lifesciences is one of the largest Indian sterile injectables pharmaceutical companies with a presence in 76 countries worldwide. Their product offering comprises of 113 products across multiple markets and therapeutic areas.
