Pursuant to the Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the intimation received from TSR Darashaw Consultants, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) of the Company on January 25, 2022, Automobile Corporation of Goa has informed that the Company has received letter from the shareholder regarding loss of share certificate(s) with a request for issue of duplicate share certificate(s) in lieu thereof. The exchange is requested to inform all Broker Members and Investors not to deal in the aforesaid securities in any manner. Further, any person who has a claim in respect of those securities should lodge such claim with the RTA, within 15 days from this date. The duplicate share certificate will be issued after the receipt of all necessary documents from shareholder. Details of the shareholders and share certificate are attached.
