Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Simbhaoli Sugars has informed that the Company has learnt from the reliable sources that the Directorate of Enforcement, Lucknow Zone has filed the Charge sheet against the Company and its three ex-employees before the designated Special Court(District Judge) Lucknow in ECIR/02/PMLA/LKZO/2018 pertaining to the Complaint initiated by erstwhile Oriental Bank of Commerce (now Punjab National Bank). The Company is yet to receive the communication from the Court in this regard.
