Spacenet Enterprises India has signed Share Subscription agreement with ‘Billmart Fintech’ on January 29, 2022 for acquisition of 10% stake in ‘Billmart Fintech’. This acquisition will help to the business of the company exclusively in the field of technology, software/ platforms / portals for connecting business entities for bills / receivables etc. Cost of acquisition is 62,500 Equity Shares of Rs 401 (Rs 1 face value + Rs 400 Premium) each share.
