Further to its letter dated 31st December, 2021, Dhunseri Tea & Industries has informed that, the 105th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, will be held on Thursday, 10th February, 2022, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021. As already informed vide its aforesaid letter the trading window for designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives remains closed from January 1, 2022 till forty-eight hours after the information relating to Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021 becomes generally available.
