Orbit Exports has clarified that as on date, there is no information about the Company which warrants disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the “Listing Regulations”). The Company has made disclosures as per the Listing Regulations whenever it was required to do so. The Company has always complied with the disclosure requirements as stated in the Listing Regulations and shall continue to abide with the same. The company further submitted that it is not aware of the reason of significant movement in the price of its shares. The movement in the share price is purely market driven and may be combination of various factors including market conditions.
