Mahindra Lifespace Developers has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2021.
The company has reported net loss at Rs 23.70 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 18.48 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 72.76% at Rs 11.48 crore for Q3FY22 as compared Rs 42.15 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit at Rs 24.86 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 9.68 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 52.53% at Rs 33.32 crore for Q3FY22 as compared Rs 70.19 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
