Cravatex has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 14th February, 2022 to, consider the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021. Also informed that for specified persons and their dependents the trading window in respect of the Company's securities has been closed with effect from 1st January, 2022 and they shall not deal in securities of the Company till the opening of the trading window which shall be 48 hours after the results are made public.
