Akzo Nobel India has informed that the Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held today, has considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December, 2021 together with the Limited Review report thereon; Press release on the financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December, 2021. Financial Results and the Press Release issued by the Company are enclosed. Board recommended interim dividend of Rs 40 per equity share for the financial year 2021-22. This dividend shall be payable within 30 days from today and fixed Friday, 18 February, 2022 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to interim dividend for the financial year 2021-22. A member, whose name is recorded in the Register of Members or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the close of business hours of Friday, 18 February, 2022, shall be entitled for this dividend.
