Bodal Chemicals is planning to acquire remaining 20% equity stake of Sener Boya Kimya Tekstil Anonim Sirketi-Turkey from existing shareholders of the company. Earlier, the company had already acquired 80% stake in Sener Boya Kimya Tekstil Anonim Sirketi-Turkey based subsidiary company of the company.
This acquisition will provide to Badal a complete control over - a current well organized set up of standardization processing facility, optimized warehousing facilities, ready & strong customers base, decent work force as well as a goodwill and some intellectual brand name & its rights in a foreign territory. After acquisition of remaining equity stake from existing shareholders, Sener-Turkey, stake of Bodal Chemicals will be 100%.
