Ashiana Housing has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on today, apart from transacting routine items, has taken decision on the following: Considered, discussed, and approved unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2021, Declared Interim Dividend at 20% i.e., Rs 0.40 per equity share on face value of Rs 2 per equity share each, for the financial year ending on 31st March 2022, and such dividend will be paid on 14th March 2022 to those members whose names are registered in the Register of Members of the company as on the Record Date, Fixed 24 February 2022 (Thursday) as Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members for such Interim Dividend, and Appointed Grant Thornton Bharat LLP (Chartered Accountants) as Internal Auditors of the Company with effect from 01st April 2022 for the Financial Year 2022-2023.
