Suditi Industries is acquiring remaining 1.15% shareholding of Subsidiary Company i.e. Suditi Design Studio. After the aforestated acquisition, subsidiary will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Suditi Industries. The said acquisition is expected to be completed by March 31, 2022.

Suditi Industries is engaged in the manufacture of 100% cotton knitted fabric and polar fleece fabric.
