Shriram Properties has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2021.
The company has reported net loss of Rs 3.20 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 12.43 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 2.01% at Rs 74.61 crore for Q3FY22 as compared Rs 76.14 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit of Rs 13.22 crore for the quarter under review against net loss of Rs 27.17 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 19.53% at Rs 130.13 crore for Q3FY22 as compared Rs 161.71 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
