KBC Global has commenced construction work of 1,72,500 Sq. ft at Hari Laxmi Phase I, II & Ill located at Deolali, Nashik. This Project would help the company to build 180 residential units and the company is expecting to generate Rs 60 crore from this project.
The project will be completed in phased manner i.e. Hari Laxmi I to be completed by December 30, 2023, Hari Laxmi II by December 30, 2024 and Hari Laxmi III by December 30, 2025. All three phases of the project are registered with MAHARERA.
