Annamallai Retreading Company has acquired 42,03,546 equity shares of the Shiva Mills on February 21, 2022 thereby constituting 72.17% in aggregate of the Paid-up share capital of the company.
Due to the said acquisition Annamallai Retreading Company has become the Holding Company of the company. Also, prior to the said acquisition Shiva Mills was an associate company of Annamallai Retreading Company.
