The approval of shareholders is being sought by way of Postal Ballot in accordance with the provisions of Section 110 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 (‘the Act’) read with Rule 20 and 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 (including any amendment(s), statutory modifications or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force), Regulation 44 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. It has enclosed Special resolution set out in notice and a copy of the aforesaid notice. A copy of the Postal Ballot Notice shall be available on the website of the Bank at www.ujjivansfb.in. Further, this intimation shall be available on the Bank’s website at www.ujjivansfb.in
