Ashok Leyland reports 7% rise in February sales

Ashok Leyland has reported 7 per cent rise in its total sales, including exports, at 14657 units in February 2022 over the same month last year. Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) sales were stood at 5294 units in February 2022. Medium and heavy commercial vehicles (M&HCV) Trucks and bus sales stood at 8456 units and 907 units, respectively.

Domestic sales in January 2022 stood at 13281 units. Domestic LCV sales stood at 5001 units in February 2022. Domestic M&HCV Trucks and bus sales stood at 7861 units and 419 units, respectively.

Ashok Leyland, the Hinduja Group flagship company in India, is engaged in the manufacturing of commercial vehicles and related components. The company’s products include buses, trucks, engines, defense and special vehicles.
