OK Play India has received approval for slump sale of E-vehicle business along with its related assets and liabilities to RIRA E-Vehicles, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company subject to approval of shareholders of the company. The company has also accorded approval for divestment of interest in RMRS Electric Vehicles (RMRS), subsidiary of the company, subject to approval of shareholders of the company. The board of directors at their meeting held on March 2, 2022 approved the same.
OK Play India is engaged in manufacturing plastic molded toys, school furniture, playground equipment, infrastructure and automotive products, point-of-purchase products and E-Vehicles.
