As per the provisions of Regulation 54(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulation 1996, Bimetal Bearings has forwarded the list of shares dematerialized and rematerialized during the month of February 2022 (Ref: Annexure-1). Further, it has confirmed that the company will be separately sending a certificate to both the depositories, namely The National Securities Depository (NSDL) and The Central Depository Services (CDSL) to the effect that the company had already provided the particulars as detailed in the above paragraph to the office.
