Camex gains on getting nod to sell properties to Kohinoor chemo pharma

Camex is currently trading at Rs. 31.65, up by 0.10 points or 0.32% from its previous closing of Rs. 31.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 31.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 32.40 and Rs. 30.15 respectively. So far 10917 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 41.00 on 09-Feb-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 17.00 on 19-Apr-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 32.95 and Rs. 29.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 32.26 crore.

Camex has received an approval for the sale of properties situated at Ankleshwar, Gujarat (Undertaking), together with ail specified tangible asset, including land, plant and machinery and other assets to Kohinoor chemo pharma. Total consideration value of Land, Plant and Machinery and Other Assets is Rs 8.25 crore. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on March 2, 2022 have accorded and approved the same.

Camex is engaged in the manufacturing & marketing of a wide range of high quality textile & leather dyestuffs, intermediates, pigments and textile.
