Dhanvarsha Finvest is planning to raise funds by way of issuance of equity shares and/or convertible warrants, on preferential basis to non-promoters in accordance with Chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 as amended from time to time. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on March 11, 2022, to inter-alia, consider the same.
Dhanvarsha Finvest’s main Business is to carry of business of finance brokers, registrar to the issue and share transfer agent, issue houses etc.
