Further, as per the requirements of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Para A, Clause (7B) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has enclosed a copy of the resignation letter submitted by Jhuma Chowdhury holding DIN 08563587. The said resignation letter also confirms that, there is no material reason for her resignation other than that mentioned by him.
