ING Vysya Bank has informed that the board of directors of the bank have appointed Sanjeev Aga as an additional director effective December 17, 2012, in terms of Section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956 and in terms of recommendation of Corporate Governance Committee (acting as the Nomination Committee) at its meeting held on November 30, 2012, to hold office up to the date of 82nd annual general meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held in the year 2013. He will be a non-executive and independent director.
