Adani Enterprises inches up on raising Rs 200 crore through debentures

Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 1811.75, up by 8.75 points or 0.49% from its previous closing of Rs. 1803.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1792.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1814.00 and Rs. 1792.00 respectively. So far 5125 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1908.55 on 18-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 883.70 on 22-Mar-2021.

Adani Enterprises has raised Rs 200 crore on March 21, 2022 by allotment of 2,000 Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Principal Protected Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures (MLDs) of the face value of Rs 10 lakh each on private placement basis. The said MLDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
