Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, Dwarikesh Sugar Industries has informed that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 to consider and approve payment of interim dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year 2021-22. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, and subject to declaration of interim dividend and necessary approvals of the Board, the record date for the purpose of interim dividend shall be Friday, April 08, 2022. In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the Trading Window for trading in Securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with immediate effect until Thursday, 31st March, 2022.
