Artson Engineering has informed that based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held today, Thursday, 24th March 2022 have: Considered and approved the appointment of Sanjay Sharma, as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) in terms of the Companies Act 2013, with effective from 24th March 2022. The appointment shall be subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
