Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Ultramarine & Pigments has informed that the 'trading window' for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed for all Promoters/ Directors / Connected / Designated persons from 1st April, 2022. The Closure is in connection with the finalization of financial statements/ results for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2022. The trading window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchange, BSE. The date of Board meeting for approving the audited financial results for the financial year ending 31st March, 2022 will be intimated in due course.
