Pursuant to the ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015,(as amended time to time) regarding trading restriction period, Machino Plastics has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st April, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2022 for all the directors/officers/designated employees and any person having contractual or fiduciary relation with the Company.
