Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, Cravatex has informed that the trading window in respect of the Company’s securities will remain closed from 1st April, 2022 for designated persons and their dependents and they shall not deal in securities of the Company till the opening of the trading window, which shall be 48 hours after the declaration of the audited results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2022. The date of board meeting for declaration of the audited results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2022 will be intimated in due course of time.
