Mitsu Chem Plast has informed that in terms of Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall be closed for all Insiders, Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives of the Company from April 1, 2022 upto the expiry of 48 hours post the date of declaration of the financial results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2022.
