Based on the confirmation received from Link Intime India, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company, Garware Technical Fibres has certified that certificates of securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled immediately after due verification and the name of the depository has been substituted by the Company in its records as registered owner in place of the name of the securities holders who have submitted the securities for dematerialization. The Company further certified that the securities which were dematerialized are listed on the Stock Exchange(s) where the earlier issued securities are listed. It enclosed confirmation certificate in the matter of Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 received from Link Intime India, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company for the quarter ended 31st March, 2022.
