Equitas Small Finance Bank reports 15% rise in gross advances in Q4FY22

Equitas Small Finance Bank has reported 15% growth in its gross advances on a provisional basis to Rs 20,648 crore in Q4FY22 as compared to Rs 17,925 crore in corresponding quarter of previous year. Total deposits grew by 16% to Rs 18,951 crore as against Rs 16,392 crore in quarter ended March 2021.

The bulk term deposits of the bank plunged by 59% during Q4FY22 at Rs 2,002 crore, while the retail term deposits were up by 21% to Rs 7,093 crore in the same quarter. Bank's CASA (current account and savings account) deposits rose by 76% at Rs 9,855 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 from Rs 5,614 crore in the year-ago period.
