Yash Pakka’s board has approved the formation of wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore in the name of Pakka PTE to enable innovation and growth in the Compostables packaging Industry at global scale. The Board has also approved the investment in Pakka PTE by way of loans, guarantee, securities up to Rs 5 crore. The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on April 06, 2022 inter-alia approved the same.
