Yash Pakka has received an approval for the total investment in Pakka Impact up to Rs 5 crore by way of loans, guarantee, securities. Pursuant to the said investment, Pakka Impact will become a Subsidiary of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on April 06, 2022 inter-alia approved the same.
Yash Pakka aims to contribute towards a cleaner planet by providing compostable packaging solutions.
