In terms of the Company's ‘Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders’, Hercules Hoists has informed that the trading window for purchase/sale of shares of the Company by the designated persons have been remain closed from April 1, 2022. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement to be made by the Company of its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter/ year ended March 31, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of the aforesaid unaudited financial results will be intimated in due course. The Company has intimated about closure of trading window today to designation persons as defined in the Code.
