In continuation of the intimations dated 05.08.2021, 12.11.2021, 29.11.2021 regarding acquisition of Purva Asset Management (formerly MAP Capital Advisors) a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) and that the Company will act as Sponsor of funds being managed by its WOS, Puravankara has informed that the approval of SEBI has been received for launching Alternate Investment Fund Category-II fund scheme of the WOS and the WOS has initiated activities in connection with the same.
