Kolte Patil Developers has sold 0.78 million square feet area during January-March 2021-22 (Q4FY22) as against 0.85 million square feet area in the year-ago period i.e. down by 8%. Sales value stood at Rs 501 crore in Q4FY22, decline by 2%, compared to Rs 511 in Q4FY21.
During FY22, the company had sold 2.71 million square feet area as compared to 2.08 million square feet area in FY21. The company has achieved sales value of Rs 1739 crore in FY22, up 45% Year on Year, which is by far the highest ever recorded by the Company.
